How on earth can you "just" revoke it?

Tell 17 million people that their views don't matter? Or that we don't believe they meant it or understood it? Tear up manifestos? It's just not possible, it's a complete fantasy, however nice you think it might be. I suppose the only way of reversing it completely would be another referendum, though God help us all if that's where we end up.
