I think balls' political personality was pretty easy to dislike

He had a certain smugness that i have seen in quite a few on both sides.

However i never saw the relevance of which party he represented in terms of his ability at Norwich.

I have no idea if he wad any good at city. Steve Stone was present for a lot of what Norway mentioned above, but we are now told he wasnt much good.
