I dont agree.....

They have steadily lost supporters over the past 10 years.
A lot will have either died or never to return.
Their low attendances shows they have not replaced those fans especially with a younger fan base.

Thats something Norwich have done well over the past 10-15 years.
Did being in the PL help....yes ...but also doing things the right way as a club helped us get big crowds in lg 1
