Whilst I agree with your sentiments, I disagree with your conclusion.

There's more at work than the board, and indeed Skipper, will let on. Funny how the possibility of smoke and mirrors for which this club are known, are suddenly thought of as fact as soon as it becomes emotive.

You can see that by reading between the lines in his interview.

I won't post the rest of the argument, it's below from today somewhere.

In summary, I don't believe the board's public face is the same as their boardroom face.
