I got a quote yesterday from Everest

Ted Moult etc etc

8 window panels and some French doors

Before discounts etc .. wait for it ... £27,000 ....

£27,000. More than most people earn in a year.
With discounts (plus a little Blck Fri discount) it came down to £13,000, but by that stage I was so appalled that I ushered him rapidly from the house.
