erm, he's after making a liveable street i.e. a safer community for all
in his village. national cycle route one goes through it and so he wants to use the cycling community to help create a safer place within the community, to promote this through cycling to improve the environment and create a nicer place to live plus aid peoples mental wellbeing and enable people to get on a bike instead of in a car. he's trying to achieve that sort of s**t.
