When Theresa May makes her statement in an hour's time she should immediately call a General Election. There is going to have to be one anyway at some point. Agreement in Parliament regarding Brexit is simply not going to happen so any other fudge in the meantime will simply delay the inevitable. Who knows, Mrs May could finish up with a greater majority and reduce the whingeing ability of both Labour and the SNP!
