He spent £100m and has made them a lot worse. They were a decent side last season and I think had enough about them to stay up with just a few tweaks.
Just like us when we went up under lambert. Just like we only needed to get a couple of key players when we went up under Neil and like Wolves, Burnley and to a certain extent Burnley.
Seems to me two or three key signings (mainly at striker and CB) is the way to go.
