County Hall
It's convenient but expensive. For a one-off, it is fine but it really adds up over a season. Also depends on where you are going afterwards - heading out over Trowse bypass to A47/A11, it's ideal; just make sure you aren't shy at the roundabout, else you'll never get out. If you aren't in a hurry, just chill out around the stadium and shop for a while, grab a drink nearby and then stroll out to no traffic once it dies down.
Also, if you get to County Hall at 2:30, you might find you a parking half a mile from the gate, so build that into your schedule too, as that will take you half an hour to get out anyway.
