I don't think any of our current foreign legion would qualify. As ever the article only mentions Premier League & I can see the EFL clubs being shafted as usual. I well remember us being turned down a work permit for young Wynton Rufer who went on to have a long career with the Bundesliga, whereas Arsenal at the same time got a permit for an aging over the hill Yugoslav who soon disappeared.
