Possibly yes that's true. I obviously don;t know anyone who has suffered that
and so by the same token I don;t know whether they would be offended/upset by it or be able to see it for what it is which is a fairly crude, joke.
I suspect even amongst those who have had relatives killed by suicide bombers you would find a wide range of reactions as people all deal with stuff and are able to process things differently.
As you say, very complex.
