If we hang on to him I’d be tempted to agree but let’s hope it’s as

difficult as it would be if held now. If pukki carries on scoring when he comes back, if Rhodes goes on a run and his new found comfort at Norwich turns him into the Rhodes of old, Aarons or Lewis, leitner, Tettey, Klose has been great lately, onel might turn it on like the early games. And it’s not even beyond the realms of possibility that Hanley comes back in and becomes a rock again. If cantwell continues his creative run then he could nick it too.

That’s lovely isn’t it? I would guess the only ones involved so far who I would say have little chance of being in the running for POTS this year would be srbeny cos chances are he’ll always be behind one of Rhodes or pukk, Godfrey cos he will be used in a utility role, marshall cos I don’t think he’s all that, and Buendia because while he will be in or around the starting line up all season he’s an all round player while so far we’ve got somebody better at each aspect of his game (apart from badly timed tackles around the box).
