why even have male and female racing categories if there are no physical differences/advantages between the sexes.

Of course there are... that's why just about all athletic sports clearly have these divides.

If a female took large quantities of PEDs to gain the male physical attributes we would call that cheating.

I don't doubt her word when she says she trains very hard but I feel her achievement would be far greater if she would compete against men.
