Virgin: 175 down, 11 up, server ping 63ms according to broadbandspeedchecke r.co.uk

I'm not on the fastest package either (cos it's well pricey and I just don't need even as much as I've got, frankly - 20-30Mbps is plenty for most people - but it's the standard Virgin package, broadband and phone only).
