I think we're better without Onel

When he's on the pitch we try to go through him all the time.

And (not many people will agree with me on this yet) he's nearer Lee Croft than Darren Huckerby so using him as our out ball isn't very effective.

He's had a couple decent moments but defensively he's a liability and attacking wise he crosses it behind the goal as often as anything else
