I dont mind it
As long as they ate all getting proper access to their top class coaches
The more kids go through the top academies the better the pool of players will become generally.
They wont all make it at big clubs so it gives the rest if us a chance to pick up talented but released youngsters that are in theory better than what we can produce ourselves
(Much as our academy hoovering up lower league talent will produce better trained cast offs back into the lower leagues)
