You know how few U15s make it to pro ranks, and you know that not all the best players end up at Big Clubs (James Maddison?)

A 'meaningful' contract would, potentially, tie us to keeping on our books a youngster who was injured or had stopped progressing. A mini-Matt Jarvis, if you like.
