I think the movement of the championship games to the start and end

Of the season hasn’t helped although that’s not really an excuse for low scores this weekend.

A lot of the 4 day games were played in May or June in very bowler favourable conditions.

It’s a bit grim though when you look around d for candidates to form our new test opening partnership. Burns and Clarke look the best bets.
