1. Fair enough. I think it’s the length of your complaints and the fact that you move from platform to platform posting the same thing until you find someone who agrees with you though is also an issue. I’ve seen you post the same on here and on other places (e.g. guardian comments) to try and get the response you want.

2. I’m in Australia (well at the moment I’m on holiday in Murica) so I’m normally 10/11hrs ahead. I work in outback Aus, 12hrs a day with 40min travel each way. Arguably in a more difficult spot to comment/chat on here than most people but I still duck in from time to time. Yes, definitely less frequently then before and some of that is due to my job, some is due to the time and some is probably due to getting bored of reading the same complaints all the time. Point is though it can stilll be done.

3. The forum is what it is. I rarely go back and look through the previous day anymore die to time constraints and I know I miss a lot of stuff in doing that but it is what it is. I accept that as a user.

4. That’s going to happen. It’s the internet. Some people can’t look past an opinion that is not the same as their own and move on or have a sensible conversation about it. This mad time we live in where if you agree with brexit you’re a nazi or if you don’t agree with brexit you’re a commie is somewhat odd. But don’t let it get to you. Just crack on and ignore it. Like Jim does!

Jim is interesting like you say. I probably disagree with him 80-90% of the time but I still respect his right to have that opinion. I know that he’s not going to change his mind by listening to me and that’s fine. We both look at things from the opposite sides of the spectrum.

There are the few times that we agree though and I’d like to think that even though we mostly disagree, there’s still enough of a healthy respect between us as two individuals that we can still continue to debate each other when required. I’ve been hard on him in the past for sure and for valid reason at times but I still think he’s a respected poster on here, even if he can be an over-emotional whinger on here at times, sorry Jim ;)
