WBA and Stoke were there for a while, got relegated.

That was success for them and their fans stopped enjoying it as there’s a very tough ceiling to break through. It became the status quo for them to finish mid table somewhere. I'd guess Watford and Bournemouth have replaced them. They’ll go down in the end, as surely as we’ll get promoted at some point in the future. One thing I’m more confident about is that none of those clubs, including us, will become a major top 6 club unless the league is radically changed, either going bust or the top 6 f**k off to a European Super League.

If railing about the club’s owners convinces you that you’re somehow doing something positive, fine. You’re not though.
