Biggest issue is the failure to improve the defence

They've failed to sort the defence either by coaching or recruitment.

We've made, as far as I can make out, nineteen signings (excluding the under 23s) since Webber and Farke arrived and only one of those is playing in defence. Husband, Franke and Raggett obviously aren't up to it while Russell Martin was given a two year contract and was then never seena again after half a dozen games. Only Hanley, who was signed in panic after the Millwall game is one of theirs and the other three who played yesterday were at the club when they arrived.

The defending, as well as Krul's goalkeeping yesterday was appalling. Far from sorting things by improving the coaching it is getting worse. Pinto has always been a headless chicken, they've tried to replace him but now he is back in the side and his performance against Leeds was quite something. And if Klose leaves and someone gets injured it will get even worse
