I like him but he’s never going to get us any further up the league!
It’s his squad his players, if it wasn’t for Maddison last season we would off been in this situation now!

He doesn’t know his best formation - never has
He can’t sort the defence out we leak goals, when we tighten up we can’t score!

We are to easy to play against, once teams figure Hernandez out we will be back to not scoring goals.

We need a lambert style manager, even an Alex Neil, someone who will come in and whip this lot into shape!
It all seems to easy and laid back!
