Non or low alcohol beer question

Can you actually buy that s**t in a pub? I've never asked for it? Presumably such a thing, if stocked, is bottled? This isn't me being sarky or a smartass, I genuinely hardly go out any more (putting in a huge cityfathers overtime timesheet this year) and can't remember where half the cities pubs are or what they are named let alone what they stock.
