Just been to get a replacement

as I lost mine moving house over the summer. Wanted a £5 charge for it! So I asked to see what seats were available to move to, he got the idea and waived the fiver charge! Dont see why i should pay for a replacement ticket for the new season, it's a bit of a cheek asking us to use the old ones for another year! Oh, and still no pictures on em.
