I cannot do this again. It is just too painful.
To be fair to England (bar a fortunate run to the quarters in 2006 with a malfunctioning team) they have helped me out since by playing absolutely abominable football in the main, thus comfortably extinguishing any hopes or dreams before the spark turns in to a fire.
These absolute bastards had me going like a Saddleworth Moor inferno and now all these f**king feelings are back.
