I think i'd prefer to play belgium...

... I think, and maybe i'm thinking about it wrongly, but the Belgians and the English know each others games so well as 90% of them play in the Premier League.

I'm sure a Walker or trippier who has played against Hazard for instance, would rather play against him and use the knowledge they've got of playing against that player in the past to help them, than running up against an Mbappe or Griezmann who they are less likely to have come up against.

Harry Kane up against the defenders he trains with too.

I suppose it works both ways though.
