Those cows look like a proper threatening gang of thugs! What a fab photo.
I've walked through fields of cows before. They're nothing like Ermintrude off of Magic Roundabout, they're much more threatening.
Thanks for the canoeing link. I'd like to think the book you had with you was Three Men in a Boat. That would have been perfect!
