His reference to the violence is also bollocks. OK, in the USA there's not often violence in or around the stadiums, which are miles out of town - actually often in a completely different town than the name suggests - although it does happen. However many Americans have told me their cities are war zones after a loss. In particular residents told me that Denver is a no go zone if they lose - vehicles set on fire, shop windows put through and an increase in shootings (more than the average shootings which happen every f**king day in the USA without any sport to instigate it).
