But I'd be very disappointed if we flogged Godfrey alongside the other sales.

I guess if Palace come in for him and he has a shot at a prem club it'd be harder to repel, but there's no way we should be selling to champs rivals.

But then, I'm not sure we are. This one has the whiff of newspaper speculation, on the back of perhaps our perceived money troubles (which if we flog maddison I'd have assumed would be eased).

Of course, if farke doesn't think much of him, that might be another factor, but I'd have thought he'd be the ideal complement to help manage Tettey ''s workload.
