I agree it's not a straight forward decision. But I'm not sure whats more of the gamble...

a new manager with new ideas who will inevitably spend some time rebuilding the squad or keep with a manager who is already in that process. Personally I feel our squad on paper is stronger then the start of the season - I think already have reason to be optimistic next season. Why mess with that?
