The questions you have to ask regarding NW's future as manager are these....

Which is the bigger gamble? Give NW next season to try and win automatic promotion after failing absymally this season with a squad of players that most managers in this league would love to have or replacing him with a new manager with a very good record like Boothroyd or Newell.

The other question that has to be asked as to whether NW is the man to lead this club forward is "is Worthington up to managing in the Premiership?". I think the answer to this is no, if we got promoted again we wouldn't do what Wham or Wigan have done we would most likely be more like Sunderland.
