GoT prequel sounds really good
and Jane Goodman (definitely the talented one out of that particular marriage) will do a good job on it too. I hope they make all of the prequels.
Yes I've given up hope of the book series ever being finished, though I think we will see TWOW at some stage (I imagine I'll die of old age before ADOS comes out, unless GRRM beats me to it).
