Ipswich fella in gym again, full training kit and following an ITFC training plan
I assume in yhe Academy as he's a young whipper snapper. Had squad number 38 on his kit.
If I wasn't on the treadmill I woukd have asked him. Saw him here last week... long way from Portman Rd but maybe he's from round here and home for close season?
