I have one and as I recall it is only Sky channels live but you do get the catchup

services for BBC ITV CH4 etc as apps. If you but the sports day passes you get very good HD with no buffering. You normally get a month included free when you buy the box so give iot a go. Personally the Firestick is a much better internet TV option as it comes with Prime/Netflix and you still get the BBC IPlayer etc.
The only reason to have a Nowtv is because you want Sky Atlantic (legally!) or you want a cheaper way of watch Skysport ( without useing illegal buffering streams).
