Well we signed him under Moxey so he's probably somewhere between our new

maximum wage and what some of the players on prem contracts are on.

I shouldn't think its his wages that are an issue more him not really fitting into Farke's way of playing and the club thinking he's one we can offload to make some cash this summer.

I think he was handled badly this season. I think we tried to sell him against his will last summer and then he wasn't being picked despite being out form striker. In combination that led to the Fulham incident which was not acceptable but probably due to frustration on his part.

When he then did come into the team he (and at the same time Jerome as well) was run into the ground due to Farke's apparent refusal to ever substitute his strikers and then got injured.

He's not covered himself in glory either this season and his form has not hit the heights of the latter part of last season but I don;t think our coaching staff have handled or utilised him as well as they could have done.
