Wonderful piece on the Dutch satirical site De Speld today. Much truth in it. Translation.
Justin Kluivert: "I'm ready for a failed career abroad"
Attacker wants to be loaned out to Brighton within 2 years
There is a big chance that Justin Kluivert will leave Ajax at the end of the season. The 19 year old forward says he is ready for a failed career abroad.
"I've learned all I can at Ajax. It is time for the next step: a transfer to a big club in England where I can start off by scoring a fantastic goal in a pre-season game and then after three games sit on the bench until Christmas when I'll be able to watch from the stands. My agent Mino Raiola agrees with me.
The ambitious Kluivert also has the rest of his career planned out: "Within 2 years I want to be loaned out to Brighton & Hove Albion. Then via Portsmouth and FC Nantes, who will in turn loan me out to Vitesse. If everything goes as planned then in 12 years time I will train with FC Utrecht, where I will not make enough impression to earn a contract. Those are the things you dream about as a young boy."
Sad really, but that is so often the case!

- The “massive” salary he is demanding to stay at Ajax is 28k per week. Makes you think. (n/m) (Other Football) - Steve in Holland, May 8, 12:14:31
- And agent is demanding 40% of any transfer fee. That’s ridiculous. (n/m) (Other Football) - Steve in Holland, May 8, 12:15:05
