I’m actually genuinely sad after yesterday.
Obviously Wes, first, but taking Maddison off so he could have a standing ovation seemed pretty much like a goodbye as well. It’s such a shame that the season we’ve had doesn’t reflect the contribution of those two (Wes over his career rather than this season, but still worthy).
