Essentially the handset I was using was not allowing data

They said there was nothing wrong with the sim or handset. I proved to them the phone was fine by putting a different networks sim in and getting data

They acknowledged the phone was fine and I was wasn't getting data. When I asked what the fix was for me paying for daya and not getting the service, they told me to wait 3 months for an upgrade

So I told them to give me a price to get out
