Second place would be automatic promotion if Jong Ajax are champion. Being two points ahead of NEC in third but with GD of +39 compared to NEC's +36, a draw might still not be enough.

Basically if Fortuna win vs Jong PSV (not an easy one) on Saturday then they are promoted whatever. If Jong Ajax then failed to win then Fortuna would also be champion. The fact that Jong Ajax are playing MVV, Fortuna's big local rival, might have suggested potential shenanigans, however MVV are fighting for a playoff place so should at least attempt to put up some resistance.

NEC can theoretically still win the championship with a huge win and / or heavy losses from Jong Ajax and Fortuna but goal difference suggests their biggest hope is to finish second and thereby grab automatic promotion.
