allowed to be promoted. I don't know whether if they win it is a stay of execution for a Eredivisie team or whether second (e.g. Fortuna) will go up automatically. Other possibility is that they have the promotion playoffs as normal and whoever qualifies for the final promotion playoff(s) with the Eredivisie teams are automatically promoted or something.

Thing is you get the same issue with the playoffs. If Fortuna finishes top, both Jong Ajax AND Jong PSV are in the playoffs. Shall report back....
