I knew someone who's son was then in their youth ranks. One day they were told that Bartom would be running mentoring sessions for the youth team - their immediate reaction was one of sheer terror! By all accounts though he did a very good job with the "kids" - a lot of good encouragement and wise advice - and not just betting tips!
