I didn't say they weren't. But it feels to me that they are the more likely to

play him. Having said that, Liverpool would be the next choice for me. They are also fairly decent with young English players and at the moment seem fairly stable in their managerial situation. But teams like Chelsea, Man City, Man Utd - maybe even Arsenal now - would be risking the stagnation of a promising career. Massive depth, potential managerial instability, likelihood of sitting on bench at best or going out on loan to a struggling side required to play a style which doesn't suit his talents etc.

Worst case scenario though is somewhere like Everton I think.
