As both interviewee and interviewer by the way. When doing an interview like that I find

myself distracted away from the interviewee's feedback by at least one of my fellow interviewers trying uncomfortably to be funny, or simply asking dumb as s**t questions. I'll be thinking "WTF was that all about?" and miss a response from the interviewee ;)
