I'm pretty sure that it went well beyond optimising battery life

I know my last iphone was a f**king nightmare after every new update despite the battery being fine as I'd bought a new one.
I also got sick of all the proprietary bollocks
No such problem with Samsung whatsoever.

Apple can get f**ked.
