Exactly. Manage with what you have, tailor your games to their actual strengths

Not your philosophy of what's good football. Know the league and what your players offer that can get an advantage over opponent. Two decent forwards one with pace one strong in air so play to them. Don't ask for time/blame finances/injuries/unavailable players.

I'd wager Warnock would have got a lot more out of our season starting squad.
