I remember chatting to Eric Martin in goal for Southampton reserves in 1974
He was in the Barclay End goal in the second half and there was me and a bloke with his grandson all alone in the Barclay terrace.
He wanted to know if we knew the Saints/NCFC score at the Dell, in those days first team and reserves often played corresponding fixtures on Saturday afternoons.
