I saw someone linked to them on twitter a few weeks ago.
For some reason the British govt has been very unwilling to link any of them to Russia, despite clear signs.

I get the feeling that the Skripal one was so high profile that they couldn't get around it. He was a very useful asset after all and cost us a lot of money all told
