an adviser. apparently one of the subsidiaries of the Wolves Owners also owns a stake in his agency.
I think the third party ownership rules are primarily aimed at stopping players from throwing games/not trying etc but this situation does raise some questions in terms of the influence of agents in clubs. he also presumably represents players playing for other clubs in the same division and can heavily influence which clusb hsi players are prepared to join or want to leave.
For example what we we were competing with Wolves for the title and Oliveira suddenly kicked off and demanded a move.
