If I’m right about how it works, I guess the danger is the fee for advice might be looked at as being for more than that. As in some kind of incentive or something.
However, given the exorbitant fees paid to agents anyway, I doubt there would be grounds for any such accusation. And even then, not sure that would necessarily break any rules.
It’s financial fair play that’s going to be hard for them.
