You probably need a huge squad overhaul when you reach the PL just to compete.
I dont think its a bad problem to have.
While we made a LOT of mistakes on transfers an wages it did leave us with assets that have kept us in the champs. Allowed players like the Murphys and Maddison to go out on loan, which has given us saleable assets.

It could have been much worse.
